When I joined the team in 2022, I recognized the flexibility and power of their APIs, but developers were running into an issue: their documentation didn't support their users.
The solution
Research
Conduct research on competitors’ websites to learn industry standards and determine areas of improvement.
Rewrite
Rewrite articles into guides that featured a consistent voice and organization.
Review
Get buy-in from stakeholders on content and changes.
Launch
Act as the project manager for the migration, tracking progress and updating stakeholders along the way.
